01, Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Neural Edge, based in Singapore ("Neural Edge", "we", "us"). By accessing the Neural Edge website, joining the waitlist, or using the research software (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02, The Service
Neural Edge provides market research workflow software covering FX, metals, and equity indices. The Service surfaces structured context, ranked reads, news mappings, and confidence-weighted scores for informational and research purposes only.
The Service does not execute orders, route trades, manage portfolios, or hold custody of client assets. There is no brokerage relationship and no fiduciary relationship implied or established by your use of the Service.
03, Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, sanctions, or export controls.
04, Accounts and waitlist
You may join the waitlist by submitting your email address. Doing so does not create a paid subscription. When the Service opens for paid access, account creation will require accurate information, a valid email, and acceptance of any additional account-level terms presented at that time.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at legal@neuraledge-hub.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
05, Permitted use
You may use the Service for your own internal research and decision-making, or for the internal research of an entity you are authorised to represent. Each seat is for one named user unless a multi-seat plan is in place.
06, Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, syndicate, or republish Service outputs (including scores, decompositions, news mappings, and ranked reads) without our prior written consent.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying factor stack, model weights, or scoring methodology.
- Use the Service or its outputs to train any third-party machine-learning model.
- Scrape, bulk-download, or use automated tools to extract content other than via documented interfaces and within published rate limits.
- Misrepresent Service outputs as advice, recommendations, or signals issued by a regulated party.
- Use the Service in violation of law, sanctions, or third-party rights.
07, Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, copy, design system, model architecture, scoring outputs, and documentation, is the property of Neural Edge or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
08, Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or proposals about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you. We may, but are not required to, attribute it.
09, Fees and billing
The waitlist is free. When paid plans are introduced, applicable fees, billing intervals, refund eligibility, and currency will be presented at the point of sale and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Taxes, where required, are added to the quoted price.
10, No investment advice
The Service is research software. It is not investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. Neural Edge is not a regulated financial services provider in any jurisdiction. The Service does not consider your investment objectives, financial situation, or risk tolerance. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions. See our Disclosures for the full statement.
11, Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neural Edge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that any score, ranking, or read will be correct, profitable, or suitable for any particular purpose.
12, Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neural Edge, its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, lost data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Service, even if advised of the possibility.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Neural Edge in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100).
13, Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neural Edge from any third-party claim arising out of (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) your misuse of Service outputs, including any representation that those outputs constitute advice, or (iii) your violation of any law or third-party right.
14, Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, no-advice disclaimer, warranty disclaimer, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) survive.
15, Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice with reasonable advance notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16, Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect our intellectual property.
