01, Plain-English summary
We collect the email you submit to the waitlist and basic technical information needed to operate the site. We use Resend for email and audience management and Vercel for hosting. We do not sell personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Cookies and local storage are minimal.

03, What we collect
Information you provide
- Waitlist signup, email address, optional name or organisation if you supply it, and submission timestamp.
- Correspondence, the contents of any email you send to us.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs, IP address, user-agent string, request path, response status, and timestamp, retained briefly for security and debugging.
- Hosting telemetry, performance metrics generated by our hosting provider (Vercel), used to operate the site.
What we do not collect
- Trading positions, P&L, or brokerage credentials. Neural Edge does not connect to brokers.
- Marketing-attribution cookies or third-party advertising identifiers.
- Behavioural profiles for resale.
04, Purpose and legal basis
We process personal data for these purposes:
- Operate the waitlist and notify you, basis: consent (you submit your email) or, where applicable, performance of a contract.
- Operate and secure the site, basis: legitimate interest in maintaining a functioning, abuse-resistant service.
- Comply with legal obligations, basis: legal obligation, where applicable.
06, Sub-processors
We rely on a small set of vetted sub-processors. Each is contractually bound to process personal data only on our instructions and to apply industry-standard security controls.
- Resend, transactional email delivery and waitlist audience management. Processes email addresses and email metadata.
- Vercel, hosting, edge delivery, and request routing for the website. Processes IP addresses and request metadata as part of normal hosting operations.
We will give reasonable advance notice (by email or in-product) before adding a new sub-processor that materially changes how personal data is processed.
07, Retention
- Waitlist email, retained until you ask to be removed or until the launch programme ends, whichever is first.
- Correspondence, retained for up to 24 months to maintain support context.
- Server logs, retained up to 30 days for security and debugging.
08, International transfers
Personal data may be processed in jurisdictions outside the one in which you reside, including the United States and the European Union, where our sub-processors operate. Where a transfer is made out of the EEA, UK, or other restricted jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms) provided by our sub-processors.
09, Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent, object to processing based on legitimate interest, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Send requests to legal@neuraledge-hub.com; we respond within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires.
10, GDPR (EU and UK residents)
If you are in the EEA or the UK, the GDPR (or UK GDPR) applies. The legal bases for our processing are set out in section 04. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. The data controller is Neural Edge. We will appoint a representative in the EU or UK if and when required by law.
11, CCPA / CPRA (California residents)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct inaccuracies, and the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Neural Edge does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. To exercise a right, contact legal@neuraledge-hub.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
12, PDPA (Singapore)
Neural Edge is based in Singapore and complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. You may withdraw consent for any non-essential processing, request access to or correction of your personal data, and contact our Data Protection Officer at legal@neuraledge-hub.com. We respond to verifiable requests within 30 days.
13, Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards proportionate to the nature of the data we hold. See the security overview for the current control environment.
14, Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
15, Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice with reasonable advance notice.
